1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and the developer of Block Quash ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Block Quash mobile application and any related services.

By accessing or using Block Quash, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 13), and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Block Quash for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the game or its content
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application
• Create derivative works based on the game
• Use the game for any commercial purpose

3. Fair Play Rules

Block Quash is intended to be a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. You agree to play the game fairly and within its intended design. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating: Using any third-party software, scripts, bots, macros, or automated tools to gain an advantage in gameplay
• Exploiting bugs: Intentionally using glitches or unintended game mechanics to gain unfair advantages, particularly on leaderboards
• Score manipulation: Artificially inflating scores or rankings through any means not intended by the game
• Account fraud: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or game restrictions
• Data tampering: Modifying game files, save data, or network traffic to alter game behaviour

4. User Accounts

Block Quash uses Google Sign-In for account management. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are found to be inactive for an extended period.

5. In-App Purchases & Advertising

Block Quash may offer optional in-app purchases and displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us or request a refund through Google Play.

Advertising is provided by Google AdMob and is subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Block Quash — including but not limited to the game name, logo, artwork, graphics, sounds, music, code, game mechanics, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any game content without our prior written permission. Sharing screenshots or short gameplay clips on social media for non-commercial purposes is permitted and encouraged.

7. User Conduct

When using Block Quash, you agree not to:

• Use the game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the game
• Impersonate another person or entity

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Block Quash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
• Game servers will always be available
• Your game progress will never be lost
• The game will meet your specific requirements or expectations

We strongly recommend keeping your game synced to your Google account to protect your progress.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Block Quash, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game progress, scores, or virtual items
• Loss of data or device damage
• Any interruption or cessation of the game service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Block Quash shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD — whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Block Quash at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time and delete your account through the Settings menu.

Upon termination, your licence to use the game ends immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Block Quash shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you within the app. Your continued use of Block Quash after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using Block Quash.
