1. About Block Quash
Block Quash is a mobile puzzle game developed and published independently. This Privacy Policy applies to the Block Quash mobile application available on Google Play and any related services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use Block Quash:
Information you provide via Google Sign-In:
- Your Google account display name
- Your Google account email address
- Your Google account profile photo
Game data we generate and store:
- Game progress and level completions
- High scores and leaderboard rankings
- In-game achievements
- App preferences and settings
Automatically collected information:
- Device type and operating system version
- App crash reports and performance data
- Anonymous usage analytics (via Firebase Analytics)
- Advertising identifiers (for serving ads via AdMob)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Save and sync your game progress across devices
- Display your name and avatar on leaderboards
- Provide personalised game features and achievements
- Improve game performance and fix bugs
- Show advertisements through Google AdMob
- Prevent fraud and ensure fair gameplay
4. Third-Party Services
Block Quash uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Google AdMob — Displays advertisements within the game. AdMob may collect your advertising ID and device information to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads through your device's ad settings.

5. Children's Privacy
Block Quash is rated suitable for ages 4 and above. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is necessary to provide the game. Google Sign-In for children is subject to Google's Family Link policies. Advertising served to children follows Google's policies for child-directed content and does not use personalised advertising identifiers.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at contact@blockquash.com and we will promptly delete it.
6. Data Retention
We retain your game data for as long as you maintain an account with Block Quash. If you delete your account (see section 7), all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months to help us improve the game.
7. Deleting Your Data
You can delete your Block Quash account and all associated data at any time:
- Open Block Quash on your device
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Deleting your account will permanently remove your Google account link, game progress, scores, and achievements. This action cannot be undone.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely using Firebase's infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of Block Quash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
